Our new menus for the lead-up to Christmas and for New Year’s Eve are ready.

Kenneth has created some lovely menus and dishes, using flavours, scents and spices that bring the warmth and nostalgia of Christmas. Barny has chosen wines to complement the festive flavours of these dishes.

Do come and enjoy these in our special and relaxing ambience, with lights low, candles flickering and logs burning.

AVAILABILITY OF CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR MENUS

Open as usual, Wednesday to Sunday in December, with some changes around Christmas itself and New Year.

Open for lunch on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, Sunday 24 and Tuesday 26 December, and on Wednesday 27 December. Closed for dinner on those days.

Open for lunch and dinner Friday 29 December.

Closed on CHRISTMAS DAY.

Open on Saturday and Sunday, 30 and 31 December for both lunch and dinner, with prior booking essential for New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December.

Open Monday and Tuesday, 1 and 2 January for lunch.

Closed 3 January.

Then opening as usual.

We are open on Sunday evening 3 December and on Sunday 7 January for our monthly classical recitals and supper afterwards, admission by ticket only – for details click here.

Closed for team holiday from the evening of Sunday 21 January to Tuesday 30 January, reopening as usual thereafter on Wednesday 31 January.

  • Available daily, lunch and dinner, for tables of up to 8 guests, except on Friday and Saturday evenings, Saturday lunchtimes, Sundays and on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, 27th December, New Year’s Day and 2nd January.

  •  A Prix Fixe menu will be served as usual on Saturday and Sunday lunches.
  • Prix Fixe Menu @ £45 per person for Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, 27th December, New Year’s Day and 2nd January including vegetarian options

  • Available daily, lunch and dinner, for groups of 6 to 25 guests except on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
  • We will create menus for larger groups.
