With Spring well and truly now upon us, we are very pleased to relaunch our online shop website, with a number of wonderful new items alongside the most popular products from before. There is a direct link again from our main website and from below.
Our original guiding principles are, as ever:

chosen by us from farmers and artisans within the UK and Eire, whom we know, with a passion for what they do, for nurturing that most precious foundation of life, healthy and health giving soil and for the responsible husbanding of resources for the future, giving back, as well as taking
from our own evolving kitchen garden
wines selected by Barny for that element of ‘something special’.
We have, of course, been guided by our experience of the favourite purchases by our customers and others and retained these.
Changing our dishes with the seasons and working with the best they have to offer has always been a joy here. Spring is definitely here now and we reflect this in the Shop in lots of ways.
From now on our shop will:
keep the favourites
see some changes, often monthly, as the seasons and produce change over the year, for example, with different sauces, recipes, preserves and contents of our fruit and vegetable parcels.
Items from our kitchen will be prepared fresh for your order, freshly on the day of collection. We order only what we need and often, so everything will be fresh, with vegetables often arriving on the same morning they are harvested and some items picked from our garden by the chefs, also the same morning.
We have made it easier to use the shop by providing for collections from The Dysart Petersham between 11am and noon, from Thursday to Saturday. Orders need to be with us, please, by 2pm on Wednesday of the week of collection, specifying the desired day of collection.
