The Award honours the Dysart Petersham’s approach to hospitality, seasonal, sustainably sourced dishes, commitment to flavour, great wine list, warm and impeccable service, in a relaxed environment, qualities which sit at the very heart of our desire to please.
This sits with our longstanding Michelin star, 3 AA Rosettes, and high standing in Harden’s and SquareMeal, (in top 100 restaurants) all a testament to our passion, consistency, and desire to deliver unforgettable and pleasing dining experiences.
